COOK / CHEF We are looking for Cook / Chef who has solid experience in making Asian dishes for Caf\xc3\xa9 / Restaurant in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities:
- Assisting other cook / chef to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner
- Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items
- Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed and required
- Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before each use
- Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas
- Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed
- Knowledge and experience cooking Asian dishes
- With knowledge and experience in food costing, budgeting & planning
- F & B experience: 2 years (Preferred) in the UAE
- Experience with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Certification in food hygiene or related areas preferred
- Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Availability to work on shifts, over weekends and on holidays, as required
- Organize, and can coordinate properly with the team and management
- Team-player
