  • To establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • To design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • To measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and actively working on continuous process improvement
  • Prepare annual budget and set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Spearhead development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure for systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
  • To motivate and lead a high performance management team
  • To attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team and provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
  • To act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and partner.
  • To assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Company meet sales, growth, and market share objectives.
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
  • Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
  • To foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • To represent the firm and manage relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Oversee operations of the company and the work of executives (Operations Heads, Sales, etc.)
  • To evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
  • To coordinate with human resources department to recruit skilled talent and retain the best employees
  • To promote communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise
  • To provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
  • Supervise sales & marketing activities in the company with Management and Division Heads.
  • To attend and manage regular meetings with various departments ensuring smooth operations.
  • To analize, evaluate and recommend salary increments and incentives.
  • To drive geographical expansion of the company activities under directives from the board and make recommendations towards the same.
  • Report to the board of directors on semi annual basis
