To establish policies that promote company culture and vision
To design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
To measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and actively working on continuous process improvement
Prepare annual budget and set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Spearhead development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure for systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
To motivate and lead a high performance management team
To attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team and provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
To act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and partner.
To assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Company meet sales, growth, and market share objectives.
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
To foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
To represent the firm and manage relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
Oversee operations of the company and the work of executives (Operations Heads, Sales, etc.)
To evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
To coordinate with human resources department to recruit skilled talent and retain the best employees
To promote communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise
To provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
Supervise sales & marketing activities in the company with Management and Division Heads.
To attend and manage regular meetings with various departments ensuring smooth operations.
To analize, evaluate and recommend salary increments and incentives.
To drive geographical expansion of the company activities under directives from the board and make recommendations towards the same.
Report to the board of directors on semi annual basis
