Axxis Systems, a group of companies dedicated to building computer systems for the comprehensive management of insurance companies based in Panama City since 2004, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with experience in the software industry to lead our operations globally.

COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Responsibilities:

?Align daily operations with the company's strategic goals.

?Represent the company and safeguard its reputation.

?Oversee project and service delivery and operational processes.

?Ensure efficiency, scalability, and innovation in workflows

?Manage budgets, operational costs, and financial forecasting.

?Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.

?Foster collaboration across departments and ensure goal alignment.

?Drive customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.

?Identify and mitigate operational risks.

?Ensure regulatory compliance and business continuity.

?Leverage data and analytics for decision-making and performance tracking.

?Report operational performance to the CEO and stakeholders.

Requirements:

?10-15 years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in the software industry.

?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred

?Proven ability to scale operations and drive business growth.

?Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

?Strategic thinking with the ability to align operations with company goals.

?Financial acumen, including budget management and cost optimization.

?Familiarity with software development processes and relevant technologies.

?Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes in the technology and insurance sector.

?Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to satisfaction and delivery.

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic.
