We are currently recruiting an experienced professionals for the role of Conveyancer

Here's a breakdown of what the job role typically entails:

• Ensure all transactions comply with developer requirements for obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and facilitate the acquisition of NOCs for Off Plan property sales
• Coordinating with bank for approvals/valuations/settlements
• Coordinate property transfer processes with the Dubai Land Department Trustee Office, including reservation and preparation for appointments
• Coordinating and assisting Power of attorneys and documentation attesting
• Writing real estate agreements, consulting on mortgage documents, and planning lease documents.
• Calculate and manage service charge/community fee transactions with the Owners Association, including clearance and collection of new fees
• Coordinating and sourcing of property title deeds through Dubai Land Department.
• Issuing the Sales and Purchase Agreement, termination of contracts, Notices, Transfer of ownership, loan closures documents, title deed, Amendment Letters, Sale & Purchase Agreement
• Handled legal termination of non-performing sales contracts with Dubai Land Department, took all the required legal action to reprocess / terminate all the deflated units (as per RERA requirements), and reprocess the settled units back to developer system (DSR)
• Handle Property registration, deregistration, customers complaints, pre-registration, Late Payment Fees waiver, Resell Process & Ownership transfer & Gifting process in DLD Unit Registration in Oqood System (Sale pre-registration, DSR, Pre-Title Deed & Title Deed)
• Handling Ejari System (Creating new Ejari, Termination, Management contracts, Leasing & Subleasing contracts).
• Follow up for Project Registration / cancellation with Project Registration department in DLD.

• Real Estate experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing property transactions in Dubai
• Proficiency in managing financial transactions related to property transfers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Target-driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
• Customer focused and bottom line oriented
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
