TOP Conveyancing is looking for a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized property professional to join a growing conveyancing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the transfer of ownership of property from one individual to another.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain transparent communication.
Document preparation, clarification, and review - SPA, MOU and POA.
Investigation of the property and its certificate of title, and any other relevant information.
Calculation of fees and taxes associated with property purchase.
Liaison with the bank or financial institution, if the property is purchased through a mortgage, and with the developer (obtaining an NOC).
Representation of your interests to government institutions, buyers, sellers, and their agents through the use of a Power of Attorney.
Support and advice during the entire process, including ensuring secure and accurate property transfer, answering any questions and handling concerns.
Coordinate seamless property transactions, acting as a liaison among buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and authorities.
Role Requirements:
The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in conveyancing in Dubai and be educated/certified in the field, as well having knowledge of all the functions and operations of conveyancing.
• Preparation of Required Documents for Property Transfer.
• Coordination of Property Transfer with Dubai Land Department Trustee Office.
• Reservation of Appointment in Dubai Land Department Trustee Office.
• Coordinating with Mortgage Provider to provide all required documents/information for the property, buyer, and seller (If Applicable).
• Ensuring compliance with Developer requirements to obtain NOC.
• Obtaining the Developer NOC for sale of the property.
• Obtaining the copy of cheques to ensure all details are accurate.
• Collection, Possession, and Trustee Services of Security Cheques.
• Calculation of Service Charge/Community Fee from Developer.
• Coordination with Bank for Liability Letter for Mortgage.
• Coordination and Certification of Power of Attorney (If Applicable).
• Property Transfer Support in Dubai Land Department Trustee Office.
• Post-Handover Customer Service Support.
• Communication with relevant parties to conduct handover appointments.
• Document Management and Administration Services.
• Ensure all property documentation is correctly compiled and communicated.
