UX/UI & Landing Page Optimization
Improve website usability by reducing friction points in user journeys.
Optimize landing pages for different audience segments and traffic sources.
Refine call-to-actions (CTAs), page structure, and messaging alignment
Website Performance & Mobile Optimization
Ensure fast page loading times to prevent user drop-off.
Optimize for mobile-first experiences across all devices.
Work with developers to improve site speed, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Reporting & Strategy:
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on CRO test results.
Use visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Looker to present findings. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
3+ years in Conversion Rate Optimization, UX/UI, Digital Marketing, or Growth Hacking. CRO Tools:
Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and heatmap tools.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach. Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic knowledge) to collaborate with developers.
UX/UI Best Practices: Knowledge of user behavior, engagement tactics, and website usability.
Communication Skills: Ability to present insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
