Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Controller to oversee financial reporting, cost control, and project performance. This role involves collaboration across departments to ensure accurate budgeting, compliance, and reporting for our Middle East operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting:

• Prepare and present financial statements and ad-hoc reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and CAPEX allocations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

2. Data Analysis & Visualization:

• Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI for project and financial performance tracking.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare transparent, data-driven reports.
• Design reporting templates and streamline workflows for efficient decision-making.

3. Inventory & Process Control:

• Oversee inventory systems for accuracy and transparency.
• Develop and implement workflows and templates.
• Manage vendor invoice reviews and approvals.

4. Project Controlling:

• Track and report project costs, risks, and progress.
• Review contracts and support financial and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with project teams on timesheets, revenue analysis, and client invoices.

5. Performance Analysis & Documentation:

• Analyze project and financial performance, providing clear feedback to teams.
• Maintain organized records for contracts, costs, and key communications.
• Support business planning and client negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial management, cost control, and project reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting, compliance, and process improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Financial Controller: 2 years (Preferred)
