We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Position Control Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all position-related data, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting strategic workforce planning. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the position control system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
Monitor and track position changes, including new hires, terminations, and position reclassifications.
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to align position control data with budgetary and staffing requirements.
Generate and analyze reports related to position control, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures regarding position management.
Assist in the development and implementation of position control policies and procedures.
Support strategic workforce planning initiatives by providing accurate and timely position data.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a large organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and position control systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
