Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Contracts Specialist to join our team based in Jeddah, KSA.

This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual aspects of the cleaning and waste management projects in Jeddah Governorate. This role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring the compliance of contracts with both internal policies and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated throughout project lifecycles.

We envisage success in this role to include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to cleaning and waste management services. Ensuring that all contracts comply with local regulations, project requirements, and internal policies. Collaborating with legal teams and project managers to address contract-related issues and concerns. Monitoring contract execution to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and addressing any breaches or disputes. Maintaining detailed records of all contracts, amendments, and related documentation. Providing advice and guidance to project teams on contractual obligations and risk management. Preparing contract performance reports and recommending improvements in contract management processes. Participating in contract close-out processes, ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled. Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 3+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in public infrastructure or environmental projects, partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.

Furthermore, you should demonstrate: Strong knowledge of local and international contract laws and regulations, especially related to public services. Certification in contract management (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager - CCCM) is an advantage Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
