Job Description
Our client is currently looking for a Contracts Manager in Dubai.The role will lead the contract and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and optimizing procurement processes. You\xe2\x80\x99ll provide cost estimates, manage risks, and ensure value in contract negotiations.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost estimates and procurement processes.
- Provide contractual advice and ensure compliance.
- Conduct risk analysis and mitigate potential risks.
- Oversee tendering and contractor selection.
- Prepare reports on project progress and costs.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Contracts Management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in contract management, including at least 3 years in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract and construction law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
