Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled

Contract Manager

to oversee villa construction projects, ensuring that contracts are executed efficiently, legally compliant, and cost-effective. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and people Management :

attract, motivate, coach and develop team members

Project Management :

Manage successful Projects, risks, costs and project teams Financial Management: budget, forecast, review financial statements and manage business metrics

Communication :

Communicate, Project Voice, Speak with senior management and present

Directs and coordinates activities:

To ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

Reviews status reports:

modifies schedules or plans / project reports for management, client,and resolve problems.

Prepare and submit tenders

for villa construction projects, ensuring competitive and compliant bids. Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including

cost control, timelines, and legal compliance

. Identify and mitigate potential

contract risks

to prevent disputes. Manage contract

variations, claims, and extensions

effectively. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to align contractual terms with project goals. Maintain accurate records of

contracts, amendments, and correspondence

.

Requirements

?

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years in

contract management & tendering

within the villa construction sector.
?

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field

.
?

Skills:

Strong

negotiation, communication, and problem-solving

skills.
?

Knowledge:

Familiarity with

FIDIC contracts, UAE construction laws, and project financing

.
