We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager with a strong background in the construction industry. The successful candidate will manage and administer all project contracts, with expertise in contract writing, claims handling, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee contract administration from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, amendments, and other relevant documentation.
• Handle and resolve claims, ensuring timely responses and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts, providing advice on contractual rights and obligations.
• Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain clear communication and resolve disputes effectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in contract writing, claims handling, and knowledge of FIDIC and other contract standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
