Job Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contract agreements for products and services.
  • Work closely with Legal to align on standard agreements for different categories of services and goods
  • Manage with full responsibility of maintaining contracts procurement plan (CPP) file tracking all global contracts with details
  • Upload signed and approved contracts and catalogs on SAP Ariba
  • Create repository file with all approved and signed contracts
  • Notify contracts owners and stakeholders in timely manner prior to contracts expiry for further extensions, amendments, tendering or termination actions
  • Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
  • Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential partners
  • Handle breach of contracts, notices, dispute resolution in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement proposals.
  • Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with jurisdictions and laws.
Job Requirements
  • Strong reporting and data analytics skills
  • SAP Ariba experience (Catalogs and Contracts Management Modules)
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • have good judgment and the ability to interpret policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and solve complex problems and have careful attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as MS words & Excel.
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Basic mathematical knowledge
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic
  • Education: BA Law, Accounting, Finance, Business administration, logistics, supply chain or any related field
  • 0-2 years of contracts management experience in contracts management in similar industry
  • SAP Ariba Contracts Management and Catalog Modules experience is preferred
  • Familiar with legal contract formation, drafting services and supply agreements
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.
  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve disputes and concerns.
