Responsibilities1.Collection & verification of Purchaser's/Tenant documents 2.Issuing Booking form and/or agreement for Purchaser's / Tenants signature 3.Documentation & paper works, if property purchase is through mortgage (conventional or Ijarah) 4.Meeting Purchaser/Tenants for signing Sale documents 5.Coordinating with accounts dept for payment clearance 6.Issuing relevant undertakings to comply with AML in case of Payments by a Third Party 7.Handover of Property (Keys) and documentation 8.Coordinating with Building Management Company for new Purchaser update, building / Parking access cards, etc 9.Registering on DSR (Land Department system) 10.Resale registration of Property and payment to be done at trustee office 11.Updating Building Management Company relevant depts regarding new Sale & Purchaser information 12.Ejari Registration (Land Department system) 13.Negotiating with Tenant on the Renewal rates 14.Collection & verification of updated Tenant documentation 15.In case of non-renewal, fixing an appointment to inspect the Unit 16.Coordinating between Tenant, Building Management company during the vacating process 17.Coordinating between Tenant, Building Management Company for the snag rectification process or collecting the money from Tenant towards the snag rectification cost and holding over rent (if any) 18.Getting a signed handover letter, DEWA Final Clearance Certificate & Final Cooling Bill from TenantEjari Termination 19.Notifying Building Management company & Sales Team that the premises is vacated for their information 20.Coordinate with accounts for the refundable deposits for any deductions, etc 21.Prepare Management Approval (on or before the process of non-renewal is completed) 22.Land Department Visits For registering new project for sale/lease 23.Land Department Visits To resolve DSR system, Trakheesi issues 24.Land Department Visits For Property Valuation 25.Land Department Visits For any other requests as and when arises 26.Preparing Rental case file for Lawyers 27.Case files memo filing & updating sheets 28.Reports and other tasks as when requested.Requirements: 1.Minimum 5 years of experience in administration with Real estate / Developer 2.Gradation or higher degree. 3.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal English 4.Computer Proficiency 5.Good report writing skills. 6.Interpersonal Skills 7.Team leadership and Management 8.Public speaking & client relationships 9.Negotiating skillsMin Experience:5 YearsSalary :AED 8000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:December 19, 2024
