Position Overview: Mersat Environmental Services is seeking a Contracts Executive Female to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Contracts Managers , managing contract renewals, negotiating terms, and driving new business opportunities. This role will focus heavily on contract renewal, managing contractual terms & conditions, client relationship management, client retention, and upselling additional services to existing clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contract Renewals and Negotiations:
• Oversee and manage the renewal process for all existing contracts, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
• Negotiate favorable terms with clients to secure long-term contracts, ensuring profitability for the company and satisfaction for clients.
• Coordinate closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure that all contractual terms are compliant and beneficial to both parties.
• Client acquisition and Lead Generation:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing contracts, maximizing upsell and cross-sell potential.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads and drive growth through new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies for expanding service offerings within current client accounts.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the contract lifecycle, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Client Retention and Upselling:
• Identify and create opportunities to upsell services based on client needs, ensuring additional revenue generation.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues proactively to ensure client retention and loyalty.
• Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, tailoring Mersat's offerings accordingly.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of contract status, negotiations, renewals, and new business opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on contract performance and business development efforts to Contracts Managers & senior management.
• Prepare contract documents and ensure they are signed and filed properly.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, Accounts and legal teams, to ensure seamless execution of contracts and renewals.
• Support internal teams with contract-related inquiries and deliverables.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract analyzation management, sales, or business development, preferably within the environmental services sector.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation, renewal management, and client relationship management.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent ability to identify and act upon upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Exceptional client management and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet operational goals.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree is a Must.
• Language:
• English ( Advanced )
• Other Requirements:
• Knowledge of environmental services and industry regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Spouse visa / Dependent Visa candidates will be preferred.
