Job SummarySupport the procurement of sugar and molasses in line with the company's business plans. Work with the head of the department in procurement and sales regulatory activities. Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation to protect the company's interests. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Job ResponsibilitiesEssential duties, responsibilities and accountabilities1. Work with the head of the department in doing research, analysis, and assessment of the raw sugar and molasses markets in relation to the organization's sugar and molasses status and requirements.2. Participate in the development and execution of the raw sugar and molasses procurement plans, selection and engagement of sugar and molasses vendors, freight and forwarding providers etc.3. Support the head of the department in finalization, and securing of sugar and molasses contracts. Develop and maintain collaborative trade and stakeholder relationships.4. Execute and administer the sugar and molasses procurement and sales contracts, ensuring strict compliance with the contracts\' terms and conditions.5. Keep track and maintain accurate and updated stock, freight, sales and pricing database.
