We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer with 8 to 10 years of proven expertise to join our team. As a Contracts Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing contractual agreements and ensuring compliance across our projects. This position requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex contractual terms.

Responsibilities:

Budgets finalization and monitoring, guarantees/indemnities/insurances related issues.

Billing verification, materials, variations, contractual correspondence, assets, approval of procurement, estimation vetting of subcontracts, tender comparisons and rate analysis,

penalties and fines, checking EOT claims, PBG, ABG, Prof. Ind., Insurances. Payment terms and Conditions. Retention. Leases, P & M procurement, maintenance agreements, hire agreements works.

Release of retentions. Coordination with Finance. Budget monitoring. FIDIC Conversant. Assets and stores. ERP literate, labor management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management.

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as a Contracts Engineer / Estimation in the construction or engineering industry in UAE required.

Proven track record of drafting, negotiating, and managing complex contracts.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terminology, and risk management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite and all relevant software's.

UAE light vehicle license with Vehicle mandatory
