Job Description

Our client, a real estate development company is looking for a Contracts & Sales Administrator with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in the similar capacity, with the following roles and responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Overseeing the issuance of contracts for all new sales & transfers of any inventory unit sold or transferred.\xc2\xb7 Coordinating between members of the Sales team (Managers, Head of Sales and Sales\xc2\xb7 Director) and the other departments for various aspects of the sales process flow. Grading of leads and getting feedback from sales team and entering data into CRM.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring timely follow up with clients with regards to various aspects. (i.e., payments\xc2\xb7 follow ups, signing of contracts etc).\xc2\xb7 Ensuring high level quality customer service is provided by the team.\xc2\xb7 Carrying out all administrative functions related to the sales, unit registrations, Dubai land department and RERA procedures.\xc2\xb7 Overseeing general administrative activities such as contracts filing, CRM etc., for the department.\xc2\xb7 Scheduling appointments with customers to schedule signing of documents, or transfer of property documents.\xc2\xb7 Sending Payment Reminders to customers, responding to customer emails.\xc2\xb7 Overseeing the filing of all sales documents including new sales, transfers, Oqood registrations, change of contact details forms etc.\xc2\xb7 Updating the internal systems with regards to all new deals & transfers.\xc2\xb7 Overseeing and ensuring any exchange of emails, follow-ups, correspondence with\xc2\xb7 customer (internal and external) is recorded in internal system for record as well as\xc2\xb7 printed and filed.\xc2\xb7 Providing all administrative support during launches and events across the Emirates.\xc2\xb7 Assist the Sales Admin team at these events.\xc2\xb7 Providing monthly reports and updates on New Sales & Transfers.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Weekly Report of Contract status across all projects.\xc2\xb7 Maintaining monthly reports on units registered at Oqood.\xc2\xb7 Ideal candidate should be available to join immediately.\xc2\xb7 Candidate should be a graduate and have good time management and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Candidates fluent in Arabic would be an advantage.
