: As a Procurement Manager at Al Muthalath Al Sharqi Holding, you will lead and optimize procurement operations, ensuring effective sourcing and timely delivery of goods and services. With 5-10 years of procurement experience, including expertise in Odoo ERP software, you will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, quality, and compliance. Your strategic thinking and commitment to going the extra mile to achieve goals and targets will be instrumental in advancing our organization's standards of excellence and sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Design and execute strategic procurement plans that align with business goals, prioritizing quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules.
• Oversee Purchasing Operations: Lead a team in managing procurement processes end-to-end, including order placement, contract negotiation, and delivery coordination, utilizing Odoo ERP for streamlined operations.
• Budget and Cost Control: Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, control procurement costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address procurement-related risks to ensure continuity and quality.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain procurement practices that adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards, including sustainability and ethical sourcing.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, supplier innovations, and new products to enhance procurement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Nationality Requirement: Emarati (UAE National).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Higher, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree or procurement certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM) preferred.
• Experience: 5-10 years in procurement, with experience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations both locally and internationally, along with hands-on experience with Odoo ERP software.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Odoo ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Commitment to Excellence: A proactive, goal-driven attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices is an advantage.
