Contracts Administrator
Job Description
Basic Duties & Responsibilities
To work with a developer in Ras Al Khaimah and manage post contract administration (civil engineer or quantity surveyor).
Major Responsibilities are:
• Reviewing signed contract documents.
• Replying to correspondences from Consultants and Contractors
• Contracts administration
• Tendering of PS items
• Review of Variations if required
Minimum Requirements
• Experience in the UAE working with a Developer or Consultant
• 8+ years experience
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Has worked in Building projects in the UAE
• Must be very good in Excel and other Microsoft programs
• Proficient in CAD Software
• Good Communication skills
• Can work under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
