Key Accountabilities:
o Liaising with the project and Procurement team in preparation & completion of any required tender package and contract documents for the project.
o Assistance to Line Manager in project pre-contract and post contract administration.
o Provides necessary contract support for on-going projects to project & planning team when necessary.
o Drafting & issue of contractual letters/notices, contractors, clients, government bodies, etc.
o Provide regular reports to management on contract status and performance as necessary.
o Creates/revise/ Improve standard contract forms / templates ad supporting Documents: BOQ / Dwgs / Specs / Financial Guarantees (if necessary) ...etc.
o Project document and correspondence filing and control.
o Ensure implementation of HSEQ requirements under the contract.
o Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field, preferably Civil Engineering.
o Experience in Contracts and Project management related to construction.
o Understanding of engineering principles, proficient in Technical Writing, knowledge in contract law
o Knowledge of contracting, procurement, risk management, legal contract terminology, and related federal and state regulations.
Experience / Qualification & Skills:
• A University Bachelor Degree Engineering.
• Project or Contract Management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity .
