The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in UAE-Dubai and offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our construction projects. Responsibilities: - Manage and administer all aspects of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and clients. - Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records. - Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to review and modify contract terms as necessary. - Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle. - Conduct thorough contract analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and maximize contract value. - Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing, payment processing, and budget adherence in accordance with contract terms. - Stay informed about industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices related to contract management, and implement necessary changes to enhance the organization's contract administration processes.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terminology, and industry standards. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and address potential contract issues and opportunities. - Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. - Familiarity with UAE-Dubai construction regulations and market practices is preferred. - Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is a plus.
