Job Title: Female Contract Administrator/Specialist

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose: The contract specialist in the construction industry oversees the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts related to construction projects. This role ensures that contracts are legally sound, meet project requirements, and safeguard the interests of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• With knowledge and experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation
• Contract Development and Negotiation
• Ensuring contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Contract Administration
• Managing the contract lifecycle from initiation through to contract closeout or renewal.
• Identifying and assessing potential risks associated with contracts.
• Developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for contractual matters during construction projects.
• Assisting in the evaluation of bids and proposals submitted by contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Analyzing contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
• Generating reports on contract performance, compliance, and financial status.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years experience as a contract administrator/specialist or similar role in construction industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Experience in Construction industry is a plus.
