Job Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain organized records of all contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source reliable vendors and subcontractors.
• Evaluate proposals and negotiate terms to secure the best value for the company.
• Support project managers in coordinating activities and resources related to subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure all contractual obligations are being fulfilled.
• Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise with subcontractors or vendors.
• Implement solutions to mitigate risks and avoid delays in project timelines.
• Ensure all subcontractors and vendors adhere to company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of subcontractor/vendor compliance.
• Prepare and present regular updates on subcontractor and vendor activities to management.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and communications for reference and audit purposes.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and contract management software/tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple contractors and vendors simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
