Job Description

Draft, review, and prepare contract documents ensuring clarity, comprehensiveness, and legal compliance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing.

Coordinate the review and approval process with legal teams and senior management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and associated documents.

Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Manage contract amendments, modifications, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Act as a liaison between the organization and external parties, including vendors, clients, and contractors.

Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.

Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or a related role, preferably within Qatar or the GCC region.

Experience working in sectors such as construction, Real Estate.

Proficiency in both English and Arabic.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in contract law and relevant regulations.

Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.

Analytical skills to assess contract performance and financial implications.

Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
