Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts and agreements related to aviation operations, including aircraft maintenance contracts, supplier agreements, leasing contracts, and service level agreements
Review contract terms, conditions, and specifications to identify risks, opportunities, and compliance requirements, and ensure alignment with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, including conducting vendor assessments, evaluating performance metrics, and resolving contract-related issues and disputes
Monitor contract performance against key milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, reporting requirements, and service level agreements
Manage changes to contract scope, specifications, and terms through formal change control processes, assess impacts on cost and schedule, and negotiate modifications as necessary to address evolving business needs.
Identify, assess, and mitigate contract-related risks and uncertainties, including legal, financial, operational, and reputational risks, and implement risk management strategies to protect the organization\'s interests
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, records, and files in electronic and physical formats, ensuring accessibility, traceability, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, procurement, operations, and compliance, to ensure alignment of contract management activities with business goals and objectives
Education & Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Atleast 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or related roles, preferably in the aviation industry.
Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles, and contract management best practices.
Experience with contract management software tools and systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Contract Management, Coupa).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose solutions.
Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM) or related certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager) is a plus.
