• Communicate with contractors via phone, website chat, social media, and conduct online or in-person meetings.
• Draft clear and professional contracts with tourism centers, accommodations, and events.
• Establish collaboration agreements.
• Create communication and coordination for in-person or online meetings.
• Negotiate to obtain the best cooperation conditions (discounts, profit-sharing percentages, payment terms).
• Obtain necessary permits for advertising and publishing information on websites and social media.
• Document and collect portfolios.
• Record videos and photos of locations, tours, events, and accommodation services.
• Collect visual and video portfolios from contractors.
• Create a digital archive of approved portfolios for advertising.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Transfer contract information to the advertising and marketing team.
• Collaborate with the content production team to use videos and images in campaigns.
• Participate in exhibitions and trade events to introduce products and services and identify new centers for product and service development.
• Register customer information in CRM.
