Manage and oversee all aspects of construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and legal requirements.
Monitor contract performance, addressing any deviations or disputes promptly.
Provide strategic advice and solutions on contract-related matters to project teams.
Develop and maintain contract documentation, records, and reports.
Lead dispute resolution processes, including mediation and arbitration when necessary.
Qualifications
A degree in any discipline (preferably law, business, or engineering-related fields).
10-15 years of experience in managing construction contracts.
Extensive knowledge of construction contracts, legal frameworks, and procurement practices.
Proven experience with large-scale projects in infrastructure or construction industries.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
