Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contract Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage all contract activities for a major PMCM project.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Effective management and Administration of multiple contracts.

+ identification and management of potential claims.

+ Payment process, including progress payments, milestones, and invoicing.

+ Claims management.

+ Change management.

+ Purchasing, including monitoring of long lead items.

+ Assist with all dispute resolution matters.

+ Provide regular reports.

+ Manage the negotiation and agreement of final accounts.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Registered for relevant discipline in Qatar MMUP Engineering Committee.

+ 15+ years overall post graduate experience with 6 years prime contracts management

+ PMCM Experience preferably in the GCC.

+ Ability to lead a team of contract engineers and administrators.

+ Working knowledge of FIDIC and other international standards, pre- and post award contract administration.

+ Extensive experience with contract administration, negotiation, high value claims, dispute resolution, arbitration.

+ Ability to work as part of specialist team, work with minimal supervision.

+ Proven ability to perform management capacity.

+ Working knowledge of software typically associated with contract administration.

+ Experience of administering multiple contracts at any one time.

+ Interpreting contracts and dealing with variations, conflicts, claims, disputes, and other contractual issues.
