Job Description

Contract Engineer Responsibility:

. Drafting correspondence to the proprietor, consultant and the subcontractor.

.Draft and review all types of contract documents to ensure that the contract terms meet the project requirements and local laws and regulations.

.Identify various risks in the process of contract performance and formulate corresponding risk response strategies.

.Follow up the progress of the project according to the contract terms, send a letter to record the relevant responsible party according to the contract terms, and reserve the right to claim.

Contract Engineer Requirement:

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Qualified in engineering cost and engineering management, proficient in using local measurement software such as Plan swift, proficient in English reading, writing and speaking.

Minimum of 10 year of practical experience as a Contract Engineer in construction environment, preferably in the UAE.

Demonstrated proficiency in time management and organizational skills.

Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Immediate availability for the role is preferred.
