CONTRACT ENGINEER (URGENTLY HIRING) Looking to hire one Contract Engineer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage contracts from preparation to administrations.
• Review terms, assess risks, and propose solutions
• Monitor compliance and Handle modifications and claims.
• Support project and bid teams on contractual matter.

Qualifications & Requirement: A) EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. B) EXPERIENCE: 10 Years of overall proven experience, including 5 years in UAE as a contract Engineer or similar role, preferably in an engineering consultancy environment. C) Professional Certification: Possessing relevant profesional certification can be beneficial or even recquired. D) Knowledge of Regulations & Standards: Familiarity with UAE regulations and standards related to engineering practices. E) Technical skills:

• Excellent negotaiatoion, communications, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft office suite.

F) Communications & Collaboration: Excellent communications and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams. G) Language: Fluency in English language skills Location: DUBAI Salary: AED 18,000-AED 20,000 Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Education:
