Contracts Analyst -Contract Hire (English and Arabic)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Closing Date :ASAP
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with strong background in Law and contract.
10 years of experience and contract management.
At least 8 years of experience in managing contracts in the oil or related industries
Required skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, problem solving, decision making.
Attention to detail, fluent English and Arabic in writing and speaking Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
To be responsible to provide contractual advice for Originating Function and support to prepare contractual correspondence with contractors and bidders.
Review and maintain standard contract forms, standard bid document form and update if necessary. Understand and ensure compliance with contract terms, identify and mitigate legal risks for the Company.
