The Role

• Required to join a contractor in Dubai working on building and civil engineering projects. - You will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts related to construction projects. - This includes reviewing, drafting, negotiating contracts, preparing contractual correspondence, as well as ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions. - You will work closely with your direct manager, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and facilitate smooth project execution. - Additionally, you will maintain accurate contract records, track contract milestones, and assist in the preparation of contract-related reports.


Requirements

• Degree in Engineering - 7+ year experience - Knowledge of FIDIC forms of Contracts amongst other standard and bespoke contract forms used by Clients, including awareness of KSA regulation and laws; - Able to Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal requirements and project specifications; - Draft, prepare, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and other contractual documents; - Prepare diverse type of Agreements, such as Service Agreements, Maintenance Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements etc.
