Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Contract Administrator with 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the construction industry. You will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, mitigating risks, and handling contract-related correspondence and notices throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: o Prepare and issue formal notices (e.g., notice of default, claim, extension). o Respond to contract-related correspondence promptly and professionally. o Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies. o Identify and mitigate potential risks in contract performance. o Manage complex contracts for large-scale construction projects. o Maintain records of all contract documentation. o Assist in dispute resolution and contract claims.



Requirements

Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. o 8-10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in construction. o Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project management. o Certification in Contract or Construction Management (e.g., CCM, CPCM) is a plus. o Excellent organizational and communication skills.
