Key accountabilities Coordinates budgeting & monthly reporting activities for the Industrial & Supply Chain Function & maintains associated scorecards. Works to maintain cost of the global Industrial & Supply Chain function ('Métier') in line with company's objectives Domain expert on CAPEX and Restructuring Driving Cost Productivity and Cash Optimization Acts as the privileged finance partner to the Alstom Global Industrial & Supply Chain Leader & his staff. Contributes to Alstom's Delivery Plan (2x a year) for Industrial & Supply Chain Works to improve self-servicing capabilities & on-line access to finance data for the Industrial & Supply Chain team. Partners with regions to ensure a successful roll-out of companywide Industrial & Supply Chain Finance tools and adherence to related KPI's. Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct. Educational Requirements Mandatory: Business degree 5-10 years of related Finance experience Experience Mandatory: Previous Finance roles : Manufacturing/ Supply Chain, Sourcing, Project, Site Controlling Basic level of project accounting using milestone-based revenue recognition methods. Competencies & Skills Capacity to go deep into selected matters & drill-down into a specific issue until full resolution of it. Ability to translate the needs of a global organisation into targeted business intelligence reporting developments Significant business acumen dealing with vendors issues. Track record of successful initiative deployment in a matrix type of environment. Previous business partnering experience working with operations or sales as a finance leader.
