Job Title: Contentious Trusts Partner
Location: London
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Previous Experience: Managing a caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, trust disputes, and contested probate cases.The Team
The team regularly deal with trusts of all shapes and sizes, including those that incorporate international assets or complex wealth management structures. The firms experts regularly advise on:

• Challenges to the validity of trusts
• Variation of trusts
• Applications for directions in relation to the administration of a trust
• Applications for the removal of trustees
• Professional negligence claims against trustees regarding:

- Estate administration
- Breach of trustee statutory duties
- Unauthorised or unwise investments
Ideal CandidateYou will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in contentious trusts and probate cases and show a strong knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and procedural rules.
