Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Writer/Social Media Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing our social media presence across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of content creation, social media strategies, and online marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, articles, social media posts, website pages, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, style, and tone.
• Conduct thorough research to produce accurate and informative content.
Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Manage and oversee social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and schedule daily posts, monitor user engagement, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
Content Optimization:
• Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and giveaways.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals and objectives.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive and compelling content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices.
Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on content performance, social media metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving content and social media strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Social Media Manager.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
