Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and a keen interest in the real estate industry. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and persuasive content across various platforms to attract and retain clients, enhance our online presence, and support our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and property listings.
• Write compelling property descriptions, market reports, and client success stories.
• Create informative and engaging articles about real estate trends, tips for buyers and sellers, and community highlights.
• SEO and Keyword Optimization:
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimize content for search engines.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
• Monitor and analyze website performance and make data-driven recommendations for content improvement.
• Research:
• Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and industry news.
• Conduct research to gather information and statistics to support content development.
• Interview industry experts, agents, and clients to gather insights and quotes for articles.
• Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Editing and Proofreading:
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure all content adheres to the company's tone, style, and branding guidelines.
• Social Media Management:
• Create and manage social media content to engage followers and promote properties and services.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Portfolio of published articles, blog posts, or other written work.
• Skills:
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
