Job Summary:
HJ Real Estate is seeking a skilled and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, SEO-optimized content across various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, and marketing materials. The content writer will play a key role in driving online visibility and engagement for our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
? Create compelling and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
? Conduct thorough keyword research and integrate keywords strategically into content to improve search engine rankings.
? Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engine visibility.
? Write clear, concise, and engaging copy tailored to our target audience in the real estate market.
? Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in SEO, and evolving content strategies.
? Proofread and edit content to ensure the highest quality standards and error-free writing.
? Contribute ideas for content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications:
? Minimum of 3 years of experience as a content writer, preferably in SEO-focused roles.
? Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and optimization strategies.
? Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills with an ability to create engaging content under tight deadlines.
? Proven ability to produce error-free, high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.
? Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress, and other content publishing tools.
? Experience in real estate or knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing abilities. Creative and innovative thinking for producing engaging content.
