We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Arabic Social Media Specialist and Content Writer with expertise in healthcare terminology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality Arabic content that engages our audience across social media platforms, while ensuring clarity and accuracy in healthcare communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Writing:
• Create engaging, accurate, and informative Arabic content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Write and translate healthcare-related content such as patient information, wellness tips, medical procedures, and treatment descriptions.
• Ensure all content follows healthcare regulations and guidelines, maintaining a professional and trustworthy tone.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies in line with the company's goals.
• Manage daily social media content, including posts, videos, and stories, ensuring brand consistency.
• Respond to followers' inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Healthcare Expertise:
• Use correct medical terminology when writing and reviewing content.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to verify the accuracy of medical content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in healthcare, digital health, and social media.
• Content Strategy:
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with health awareness campaigns and seasonal health topics.
• Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
• SEO and Digital Marketing:
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking in Arabic-speaking regions.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to drive traffic and improve patient engagement through social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and strong English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or wellness industries is required.
• Proven experience in managing Arabic social media content, including writing and translation.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and the ability to communicate complex medical information in a simple, patient-friendly manner.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media analytics tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and creativity.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with healthcare providers or pharmaceutical companies.
• Familiarity with Arabic health campaigns, patient education, and wellness content.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 80 per week
