Develop, execute, and manage content strategies across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (formerly Twitter) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling, high-quality content tailored to secure communication products, including blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia assets.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with business goals and brand messaging.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the company's chat support and VPN products.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports and recommendations to optimize strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective content.
Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and manage feedback to foster positive relationships with the audience.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video creators to produce visual assets for social media and digital campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in social media content creation and platform management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X.
Strong understanding of secure communication products such as VPNs and chat platforms.
Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail and creativity.
Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
