About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Content Producer & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for design, storytelling, and digital content creation. You will be responsible for developing engaging visual content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, marketing collateral, and video production.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute high-quality content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Create visually compelling designs for digital and print marketing materials, including but not limited to menus, emails, invites, and in-store displays. Design and manage website content, ensuring brand consistency and user-friendly aesthetics. Produce and edit short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns. Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure brand consistency across all content, maintaining a cohesive visual identity. Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing techniques. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in social media content creation and graphic design. Experience with photography and videography in hospitality. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with video editing and animation tools. Solid understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey brand messages through visuals. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of website design platforms such as WordPress or Shopify. Familiarity with email marketing tools and digital advertising creatives.
