The Moderator will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere for all users. This role involves engaging with community members, addressing issues and concerns, and fostering a respectful and inclusive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate forums, social media channels, and other online platforms.
• Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action against violations.
• Engage with community members to encourage positive discussions and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with the content and customer support teams to address user inquiries and concerns.
• Provide regular reports on community activity and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year' experience as a Moderator or related position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of community management practices and social media platforms.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
