:JOB PURPOSE:Creatively develops and leads communication programs, campaigns and content strategy across multiple channels (Company intranet/online, video, print and events) to deliver integrated communications programs that articulate the Company's key messages, business priorities and growth initiatives, as well as influence a positive culture and engaged workforce.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Job Specific AccountabilitiesContent and Media Relations\xef\x82\xb7 Define the corporate positioning of the client and develop relevant narratives and compelling messages to be implemented through the whole spectrum of the clients internal and external communications channels to strengthen stakeholder engagement.\xef\x82\xb7 Develop, manage, review and enrich the editorial content related to the client in all printed publications and related communication tools, such as annual reports, press releases, statements, brochures, booklets, social media, website, advertisements, TVC, corporate movies, documentaries etc.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure highest standards of efficiency and professionalism within the clients printed communication, by constantly bench-marking multi-national best practices and key trends; aligning it to the companys communication programs to enhance the clients brand quotient.\xef\x82\xb7 Develop strategic content for executive communications, including speech writing and presentations\xef\x82\xb7 Lead the content development process from brief to execution, collaborating with stakeholders across the team.\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and create all kinds of artworks, themes, and designs for the company as per annual plan and ensure its compliance to the Corporate Identity, theme, ethics, and codes of conduct.\xef\x82\xb7 Support the communication needs of all client's departments, either in-house or through external contractors\xef\x82\xb7 Supervise the creation, preparation and implementation of plans, design and artwork for all the client corporate publications, including identifying areas of potential interests, obtaining necessary approvals, checking, editing and approving copywriter work and translation if relevant.\xef\x82\xb7Manage and ensure quality control of outsourced service providers in concept, design, art direction, production, print buying to ensure that the product aligns with the clients expected standards and norms.\xef\x82\xb7 Lead creative and content agencies or vendors to establish and coordinate content, ensure quality, creative and timely deliverables.\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and edit media communications, campaigns and advertisements based on channel appropriateness and intended use and audience consistently with the clients brand in order to promote its mission, vision and valuesInvestor Relations\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the investor relations team to prepare and manage release of specific material and appropriate content including presentation, brochures etc. for investors and shareholders, external news agencies, media houses etc.Analysis and Performance Management\xef\x82\xa7 Supervise, monitor and measure the clients presence in the media, by implementing relevant documentation and compiling systems.RequirementsMinimum Qualification\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelors Degree in communications, marketing, journalism or PR\xef\x82\xb7 Relevant masters or post graduate degree is highly desirableMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills\xef\x82\xb7 10 years of experience in Content and media relations role including at least 2-4 years in increasing managerial responsibilities
