The Role

Estative is seeking a talented Media Content Creator with a strong background in media studies and proven experience in media production companies. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about crafting compelling content that drives engagement and elevates brand presence. Responsibilities: - Develop and write engaging video scripts tailored for real estate marketing campaigns. - Create high-quality content for brochures , PR newsletters , and social media posts that align with the brand's voice and objectives. - Collaborate with the marketing and PR team to conceptualize and execute creative content strategies. - Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and optimized for various platforms and audiences. - Stay updated on media and content creation trends to deliver innovative and effective materials. - Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive storytelling across all media. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience working in media production or with media companies. - Strong writing skills with expertise in crafting content for video scripts, brochures, PR newsletters, and social media. - Excellent understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement. - Proficiency in media tools and platforms for content creation and distribution. - Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
