Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development:
Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to healthcare professionals and clinics.
Create compelling and informative content, including blogs, social media posts, website copy, video scripts, and marketing materials.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, medical accuracy, and digital marketing best practices.
Creative Direction:
Oversee content creation across multiple formats, including text, visuals, and videos.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and social media teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure content remains innovative and relevant.
Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and improve reach and conversion rates.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Develop content calendars and oversee social media content for medical professionals and clinics.
Engage with audiences to build trust and credibility for our clients.
Compliance & Brand Consistency:
Ensure all content complies with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical guidelines.
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Manager, Creative Director, or similar role in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and industry-specific content needs.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance analysis.
Experience managing social media platforms and content distribution.
Ability to lead creative teams and collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing strategists.
Knowledge of digital tools such as WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in healthcare, medical, or wellness-related content creation.
Understanding of healthcare regulations in digital marketing (e.g., HIPAA, DHA guidelines).
Basic knowledge of paid advertising and performance marketing.
