content strategy, client coordination, execution follow-up, and data tracking & analysis

for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be a fluent in

Chinese (Mandarin) and English

, with a strong interest in social media operations and digital marketing. This role is based in

Dubai

and is open to those who aspire to build a career in international brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Execution

Develop localized content strategies for social media platforms, including short videos, images, and text. Align with global marketing strategies and adapt content for the Middle Eastern market, ensuring cultural relevance. Assist in content scheduling and coordinate with design and video teams to optimize content presentation.

Client Coordination & Execution Follow-up

Communicate with brand clients and partners to understand content requirements and ensure alignment with marketing goals. Monitor content production and publishing progress, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency. Coordinate internal teams and external resources to ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns.

Data Tracking & Content Analysis

Monitor social media performance, collecting key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Analyze user behavior and market trends to provide insights for content optimization. Research competitors' social media activities and identify potential content strategies for improvement.

Language Skills:

Fluent in

Chinese (Mandarin), and English

with strong cross-cultural communication abilities.

? Candidates with an interest in social media content operations will be preferred.

Skills:

Strong creativity and passion for social media content creation. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and their operational models. Basic data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel or other data tracking tools is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
