The three-way marketplace brings together event hosts, planners, and providers (venues, equipment rental companies, caterers, decorators, artists) to transact in an eCommerce-like, easy & fast, experience. About the role: We are looking for a rockstar content manager who can lead our content team and take complete charge of hafla.com & book.hafla.com while managing a team of 5+ people Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with organizational objectives, target audience preferences, and SEO best practices.
Content Creation & Uploads: Ensure upload of necessary products and creation of required landing pages with proper details, structure & creativity and
Content Calendar Management: Plan, organize, and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across all channels.
Content Quality Control: Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, editorial standards, and legal requirements. Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of content creators, editors, and graphic designer providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.
Revenue Orientation: Align content strategy to drive revenue growth by optimizing product listings, promotional content, and landing pages. Use data insights to increase conversions and sales, and work with sales and marketing teams to align content with revenue goals.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve content strategies and tactics
Skill set required:
Content Strategy Development: Proficiency in developing and executing content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization principles and techniques to optimize content for visibility and organic traffic.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and managing a team of content creators, editors, and freelancers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor in any field, preferably Journalism / Marketing/ Communications/ English/ Digital Media
Mandatory Experience : 5+ Years of work experience in content related roles with min. 1 year of managerial experience.
Proven hustler in fast moving start-up / consumer tech is preferred
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
