Responsibilities
Developing monthly calendars
Creation and curation of compelling and engaging content that is published across various social media and digital platforms with special focus on tiktok, Instagram, e newsletters.
Develop content and social media strategies that align with the brand's goals and engage with the target audience.
Drive fast paced platform growth through engaging organic content
Monitoring social media metrics to analyze the effectiveness of their content and make necessary adjustments.
Copywriting: Writing compelling and concise copy that aligns with brand voice.
Graphic Design: Creating visually appealing graphics and images for social media.
Photography: Capturing high-quality images for social media.
Video Editing: Editing and producing video content for social media.
Social Media Strategy: Developing and executing social media strategies that align with business goals and drive fast paced growth
Analytics: Analyzing social media performance and using data to inform strategy.
Community Management: Monitoring and engaging with social media communities.
Keep abreast of the latest social trends, ability to optimise visibility during topical calendar events
Influencer Marketing: Building relationships with influencers and executing influencer campaigns.
Introduce interesting hooks like gamification of content, engagement driven and viral story ideas
Ad Campaigns: Developing and executing paid social media ad campaigns.

Requirements
• 2 - 4 years of social media experience
• Strong concept development/ story telling flair
• Strong photo and videography skills
• Strong Photo and video editing Skills
• Ability to create visually engaging content
• Knowledge of social media trends & best practices
• Very strong planning and execution skills
• Ability for quick turn around and ride of short lived social trends
• Experience with scheduling & analytics tools
• Understanding of target audience & brand voice
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with tight deadlines & multitasking
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc
• Good experience in running paid social media advertising
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
• Flexible in timings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
