We are a dynamic and growing brand looking for a creative and engaging bilingual content creator to join our team. As a TikTok Content Creator & Live Host, you will play a key role in creating compelling, fun, and interactive content in both Arabic and English . Your ability to engage with a diverse, bilingual audience will help elevate our social media presence and grow our community.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Create engaging TikTok videos in both Arabic and English , ensuring they align with our brand's voice and values.
• Live Streaming: Host regular TikTok live sessions, interacting with viewers, answering questions, and promoting products/services in both languages .
• Trend Participation: Stay on top of TikTok trends and incorporate them creatively into content that resonates with both Arabic and English-speaking audiences.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze the performance of your content and live streams, optimizing for engagement and growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all content and meet brand goals.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (native Arabic speaker preferred).
• Proven experience in creating TikTok content and hosting live sessions .
• Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage audiences in both languages.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of TikTok trends and algorithms .
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut , Adobe Premiere Rush , etc.) is a plus.
• Cultural sensitivity in both Arabic and English-speaking communities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content schedules.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in social media marketing or content creation .
• A fun, friendly, and approachable personality that shines on camera.
• Comfortable working with performance-based targets (e.g., engagement rates, viewer count).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
